I help small and medium-sized food, beverage and health-related businesses drive growth and build their futures with stronger brands and better product innovation.

There are three main ways that I contribute:

Services

  • If you’ve ever thought, “I need someone with experience in this area to bounce things off”, or “I’d love someone to help me structure and organise my thoughts”, Executive Mentoring or Coaching may be worth considering.

    This is typically a 1:1 approach where I work with an owner, executive or leader to help them navigate their specific challenges. Acting as an independent ally, sounding board and confidant that is unencumbered by the day-to-day business operations, I’m able to provide unique and broader perspectives, feedback, structure, advice, tools, templates and examples that help leaders navigate new terrain and build capability.

  • If you’re in a situation where you’re developing marketing and/or innovation strategies that serve the overall corporate strategy, it can be helpful to incorporate external perspectives from those who not only have first-hand experience in a diverse collection of businesses, but those who aren’t constrained by group-think, history or company politics.

  • If you’re looking for an experienced, no-BS practitioner to help a C-Suite or leadership team level-up their decison-making quality by harnessing the power of external experiences and networks, advisory services are worth thinking about.

    In contrast to executive mentoring and coaching which are largely 1:1 and fluid, advisory services are specifically designed to help groups accelerate their learning about particular subject matter that is important to the decisions of the company by drawing upon the knowledge and experiences of those outside the company in an efficient way.

Services Delivery

Services can be conducted face-to-face, virtually or a combination of the two.

For clients that prefer virtual engagement, I typically use Zoom (meetings), MIRO (whiteboarding) and Google Drive (file sharing and storage). If you prefer using other programs, I’m happy to use those instead.

For face-to-face clients outside of the Byron Bay to Brisbane area, there will be a travel charge added to the cost of engagement.
