• Coaching and mentoring occurs over time via 1-on-1 interactions, which can be face-to-face, by video or a combination of the two. We’ll catch up once per month for half a day for our more immersive sessions, and keep momentum in-between through our weekly or fortnightly check-in calls.

    All coaching and mentoring is bespoke, specific to your needs and objectives for your business. While a lot of emphasis will likely be on marketing, brand growth and product innovation, I’m also able to help you navigate general business problems, capture risks and prepare for the future.

  • Typically, coaching and mentoring works best if the length of engagement is 6 months or more of ongoing monthly meetings, with catch-up calls in-between. My approach is one built on deep understanding, openness, honesty and trust. The kind of growth and successes I’m looking to help you experience are experiential and sustainable, as opposed to tactics that are short-lived.

    Having said that, the length of engagement is flexible and based on the needs and circumstances of the leaders I work with. With one months’ notice, we’re able to wrap things up.

  • I almost-exclusively work with food, beverages, health & wellness businesses as I have decades’ of direct experience in these areas which is very important for mentoring and capability-building.

    While I work with businesses of all sizes, I typically offer coaching, mentoring and capability-building services to small and medium business with annual revenue in the range of $10M to $100M.

    For larger consumer goods companies who are seeking consulting services, I offer venture-building, strategy and market research services via my agency, FMCG Innovation.

  • While it depends on your specific business, goals, ambitions and commitment, typically I’m trying to help you build greater understanding of marketing science, brand growth and product innovation so that you’re equipped to grow your business well into the future.

    Improved revenue, profitability and acquisition/market penetration are some business metrics we’ll be looking to improve, while at the human level, I’ll be looking to help you improve clarity, confidence and capabilities in new areas.

  • Coaching and mentoring starts at $4,000 per calendar month.

    Interim/outsourced Chief Marketing Officer or Innovation Director engagements are negotiated based on each individual scope of work.

    Training and capability-building sessions begin at $12,000.

  • All private and sensitive information shared between us will be treated as confidential, both during and after the term of coaching and mentoring relationship.

    Confidential and/or private information shared electronically will be stored on password-protected services of your choice.
